A judge has officially struck down Measure T — the 2018 voter-approved ban on short-term rentals in residential areas. 🏡

✅ VHR permits are coming BACK (with more regulation):
• No cap on total permits
• 150 ft buffer between VHRs
• No permits in multi-family units
• 24/7 local response required
• Noise & trash cameras + indoor decibel monitors
• 2 guests per bedroom (+ up to 5 kids under 13)
• No wait time for new homeowners
• 150 permits max issued per month

The city is working on new regulations, but for now, we are in a standstill as there is a moratorium until June 19, 2025 to issue any permits. 📝
