NV Energy is the electrical company that services the Nevada side of the Lake Tahoe Basin.

Douglas County manages parts of Cave Rock, Uppaway, Zephyr Cove, and Skyland in Lake Tahoe. They provide water, sewer, and maintain roads.

Douglas County Unified School is the school district on the South Lake Tahoe end. They service the valley and Tahoe Township in Douglas County. K-12.

Southwest Gas is your go-to gas company for all Nevada Homes in the Lake Tahoe basin. Be sure to check that your home is on natural gas and not propane.

Kingsbury General Improvement District covers the area on Kingsbury Grade on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. They provide water, sewer, and maintain roads.

Round Hill General Improvement District covers the area in Round Hill on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. They provide water, sewer, and maintain roads.

Washoe County Unified School District reaches Washoe County (Reno into Incline Village). K-12

All major roadways are monitored by NDOT and you can find snow removal or road repair work on their website.

Cave Rock General Improvement District covers the area on Cave Rock Estates on the South/East Shore of Lake Tahoe. They provide water, sewer, and maintain roads.

Incline Village General Improvement District covers Incline Village to Crystal Bay. They provide water, sewer, and maintain roads as well as amenities.

On the South Shore of Lake Tahoe, internet can be sparce and Frontier Internet is the choice for this. There are new internet options changing daily so be sure to double check.
