Will My Home Hold Value?

Today I got asked the golden question: "If I buy a home now, will it hold it's value?" This is such a loaded question and the honest answer is, "I don't know." I don't hold a crystal ball and I can't see into the future but here are some things that make me think that it WILL hold it's value....

  1. Lake Tahoe is the MOST BEAUTIFUL place to live and vacation Lake Tahoe boasts a crystal clear lake, world-class mountain biking trails, fresh mountain air, world-class ski resorts, and casinos! That is a lot of things that someone can fit into a small vacation or enjoy on a year-round basis. Everyone from all over the world spend years saving up vacation days and money, to take their families to Lake Tahoe for a getaway.

  2. One of the LARGEST cities in the WORLD is only 4 hours away... Tahoe is only 4 hours away from one of the biggest cities in the WORLD - San Francisco. International travelers are only a 4 hours drive to Lake Tahoe. This Lake is known all over the world to people (thanks to Olympic skiers and snowboarders putting us on the international map!). There aren't many places in the world that has what Lake Tahoe has to offer and it's close proximity.

  3. LAKE Tahoe The actual LAKE of Lake Tahoe is something you don't get to see every day. It has some of the clearest and freshest water in the world. It's deep enough to fill California with inches of water at every location. Not many lakes can do that. Until the Lake dries up, you'll have people from all over the world wanting to come enjoy it's beauty.

Lake Tahoe is unique. People come from all over the world to enjoy it's splendor. Until the Lake dries up, there will always be magic here to enjoy. I am a strong believer that Lake Tahoe Real Estate will continue in it's upward motion. Not only do I believe it, I believe it enough to also invest in my community with real estate.
